29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation:  a- 9, 7, 5, 3 Clementon Road East, Glassboro NJ:  The company worksite Foreman was exposed to struck by hazards when using an electric circular saw without eye or face protection while cutting 4 x 8 sheets of sheathing and performing other related activities at the worksite. Condition observed on or about 02/11/26.  b- 9, 7, 5, 3 Clementon Road East, Glassboro NJ:  Three company worksite workers were exposed to struck by hazards when using pneumatic nailers without eye or face protection while performing sheathing and other related activities at the worksite. Condition observed on or about 02/11/26.

Condition observed on or about 02/11/26.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a-9, 7, 5, 3 Clementon Road East, Glassboro NJ: On or about 02/11/26 two workers were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 25 feet to the ground below, when performing sheathing installation and other related activates from a residential structure's pitched roof while wearing full body harnesses that were not attached to anchors with lanyard or other approved means.   Fortex Contractors Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1851877, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 21, 2026, with respect to a workplace located at 857 Hoes Lane West, Piscataway NJ.  Fortex Contractors Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1837593, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at Meadowlark Drive - Turnstone Drive, Fogelsville PA.
