29 CFR  1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii)   a- 56 Morgan's Mill Road, Sicklerville NJ.  A worker, not using fall protection, was exposed to fall hazards when descending pitched roof trusses by sliding down their exterior surfaces and when working and walking from the interior chords of roof trusses and another worker was exposed to fall hazards when working and walking from a residential structure's exterior wall top plates without fall protection. These company workers and the company worksite Foreman had not received fall protection training as specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii).  Condition noted on or about 01/29/26.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a- 56 Morgan's Mill Road, Sicklerville NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards when working and walking from a residential structure's exterior wall top plates without fall protection. Condition observed on or about 01/29/26.  a- 56 Morgan's Mill Road, Sicklerville NJ: A worker, not using fall protection, was exposed to fall hazards when descending pitched roof trusses by sliding down their exterior surfaces and when working and walking from the interior chords of roof trusses. Condition observed on or about 01/29/26.  Fortex Contractors Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1837593, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at Meadowlark Drive - Turnstone Drive, Fogelsville PA.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
