Condition observed on or about 04/22/26.  b- 159 & 161 Red Lion Court, Atco NJ: A worker, performing sheathing installation and other related activities, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 9 feet 2 inches when working and walking from a residential structure's pitched roofs while wearing a full body harnesses whose attached lanyard was improperly connected to an anchor. Condition observed on or about 04/22/26.  Fast Builders Contractors Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1866761, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 2, 2026, with respect to a workplace located at Building 20 Holtz Way, West Windsor NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
