29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a- 153 Red Lion Court, Atco NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 18 feet 8 inches, when performing framing related activities while walking and working from a residential structure's exterior wall top plates without fall protection. Condition observed on or about 04/22/26.  Fast Builders Contractors Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1866761, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 2, 2026, with respect to a workplace located at Building 20 Holtz Way, West Windsor NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
