29 CFR  1926.95(c): Personal protective equipment was not of safe design and construction for the work to be performed:   a-981 New Brooklyn - Erial Road, Sicklerville NJ:  The company worksite Foreman was exposed to head injuries from impact and falling objects when they were not protected by a protective helmet or hard hat whose design protected them from the framing and sheathing related activities occurring at the worksite. Condition observed on or about 05/13/26.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a-981 New Brooklyn - Erial Road, Sicklerville NJ: On or about 05/13/26 three workers were exposed to fall hazards when working at and near the unprotected edges and sides of a residential structure's second floor without fall protection.  Fast Builders Contractors Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1866761, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 6, 2026, with respect to a workplace located at Building 20, Holtz Way, West Windsor NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
