Three employees were cleaning the shop and were putting an engine stand above the office into storage. Two of the employees rolled the engine stand onto the forks of a forklift. One employee got on top of the forks and was holding the engine stand in place with the forks elevated. When it got to the second stage there was a bump that caused the engine stand to dislodge and both the employee and the stand fell to the ground approximately 6 feet below. The employee sustained broken bones and was hospitalized.
