An employee suffered an amputated thumb and potentially finger(s) from an injury that occurred on January 7, 2015.
An employee was checking a metal disk used for metal detection in food. The metal disk fell. When the employee reached up beneath the conveyor for the disk, their glove got stuck in the conveyor which caused a laceration to the middle of the employee's right hand. The employee required surgery.
An employee was shutting the sliding door between two rooms when his left hand was caught between the door and the door frame, crushing and amputating his left middle fingertip.
On September 25, 2023, an employee was working in the body department installing doors, hoods, and tailgates. The employee finished their shift and was hospitalized later that evening for a back injury.
