On 1/22/15, a bike messenger hit a truck at approximately 9:30 a.m. on the corner of Peoria and Madison in Chicago, Illinois. The employee was taken to the hospital. The employee suffered injuries to the face, spleen, and pelvis. The employee had surgery and was released from the hospital on 1/25/15.
