An employee was using a company bicycle to travel to a company property when they were struck by a vehicle that was backing out of a driveway, resulting in a fractured leg.
A bike patroller was inspecting a trail while on a mountain bike. The bike hit a rock and the bike patroller fell off and landed on another rock. He sustained a fractured right femur that required hospitalization.
