On November 8, 2022, at approximately 3:30 PM, an electrician was on a ladder to replace a pendant on a hoist when the employee contacted a powered terminal and was shocked by 460 volts of electricity. The employee then fell off the ladder and was hospitalized for a burn and fracture.

As she attempted to fix the lock, the unit load device started moving toward the dolly, and the employee became wedged between the dolly and the device. The employee suffered an injury to her lower left leg.
