An employee was rolling a piece of structural channel on a roller table when the channel collided with steel tubing that was sitting on the roller table. One of the employee's fingers was hanging down over the piece of channel, and when it collided with the tube, their fingertip was severed. Approximately half of an inch of the employee's fingertip was amputated.

On November 21, 2024, an employee was operating a punch press running stone guard brackets. The press cycled while they were placing a part into the die, crushing their right hand. The employee was hospitalized with crushing injuries to their ring finger and an amputation of the little fingertip, and they required surgery.
