An employee broke his right hip when he fell from his chair. He was hospitalized and required surgery.
An employee was pulling out a metal roller shelf to conduct inventory of parts in a storage area. She lost balance and fell on the concrete floor. The employee's right femur was fractured and she was hospitalized.
