Final narrative
On the morning of 5/27/2015, an employee was bitten on the right hand by a stray cat while on break in the dock area of the plant. Later that night his right hand and arm were swollen and he was in pain. He was admitted to the hospital overnight for treatment.
An employee was moving a tool box when its top drawer started to open. While the employee was stabilizing the tool box and drawers, their left middle and ring fingertips were amputated through the nailbeds. The fingertips were surgically reattached.
