On July 19, at approximately 7:50 p.m., an employee was injured after stepping onto loose grating, which dislodged and allowed his leg to slip into an 18-inch deep trench. The employee received stitches and was later hospitalized for an infection.

The grate landed on the employee and he was hospitalized for four transverse process fractures in the lower spine.
