The load shifted, causing a sling to slide off a fork. The roof panel then fell onto the injured employee's left foot, resulting in a fractured ankle.

On February 10, 2025, an employee was operating a roller fan machine. The rollers pulled in the employee's hand, causing finger amputations.

Two employees were using a scissor lift to install a sign when a gust of wind knocked the scissor lift over. One of the employees fell to the ground, resulting in a broken left shoulder and left hip.
