An employee suffered a broken right arm while trying to move a metal cabinet.
An employee was feeding material into an automated heat shrink tube cutter. As the material became too short to cut, it got stuck at the exit point between the roller feeder and the blade. The employee was trying to free the stuck material when the machine cycled; its blade amputated the tip of his right index finger.
