Final narrative
An employee amputated the end of his left index finger while dumping materials from the grey dumpster.
An employee was assembling a machine. The employee was using a crane to lift a roller into position when the lifting strap broke. The roller caught the employee's left hand in a pinch point resulting in the amputation of approximately 3/4 of the thumb.
On September 25, 2023, an employee was working in the body department installing doors, hoods, and tailgates. The employee finished their shift and was hospitalized later that evening for a back injury.
An employee was climbing up a fixed ladder alongside a building to inspect a roof leak. The employee fell off the ladder and landed on the ground about 15 feet below. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to both wrists.
