An employee was working to refuel a truck. While handling the fuel hose(s), she experienced pain in her stomach. After completing the task, the employee drove back to the pad and the movement aggravated her abdominal pain. The employee was hospitalized with an abdominal sprain/strain.

An employee was connecting a fuel hose to a plane using a rolling aluminum staircase when a weld broke on the staircase and it collapsed into two pieces. The employee fell 4-5 feet and landed on the broken staircase. The employee sustained knee lacerations, internal bleeding, and two fractured ribs.

An airport employee was in a baggage room, loading bags onto a cart. Another baggage cart drove into the room and struck the employee, who suffered fractures to both legs and a torn anterior cruciate ligament.
