An employee was throwing boxes into the baler and moving about the baler area when a forklift ran over their left foot and fractured it.

Three people from this vehicle followed the employees onto the sales floor and assaulted the employees. One employee sustained fractures to their nose and jaw which required hospitalization and surgery. The other employee sustained injuries but was not hospitalized.
