Final narrative
An employee's left thumb tip was amputated while she was cutting pork loin with a band saw.
Two employees were walking back to the building after a short break outside. While on break they encountered a customer driving fast in the parking lot and told the driver to slow down. Three people from this vehicle followed the employees onto the sales floor and assaulted the employees. One employee sustained fractures to their nose and jaw which required hospitalization and surgery. The other employee sustained injuries but was not hospitalized.
On 6/17/24, an employee was working behind the food counter when they tripped and fell to the floor. The employee sustained a broken left hip and was hospitalized for surgery.
An employee was retrieving work materials from the bar area. She then left the bar area and was struck by a forklift. The employee was hospitalized with fractures and lacerations to the left foot that required surgery.
