An employee was operating the can draw press when he noticed that the transfer had malfunctioned. While he was adjusting the trigger eye, his hand was on the equipment. The machine cycled after he made the adjustment, pinching his hand between the machine and the moving press transfer. His right middle fingertip was amputated.
On March 12, 2018, an employee was stuffing metal liners into media packs and placing them on a conveyor line when the employee attempted to adjust an element that was on the conveyor.
