Final narrative
On 03/30/2016, at approximately 9:30am, an employee was standing in a hallway. Another employee was driving a forklift that was carrying a large metal coil weighing 3,265 lbs. The coil slipped off the forklift and fell onto the employee's right foot, crushing it.
An employee operating a pendant-controlled overhead crane was injured when they were moving banded strips of steel to place them into storage. Some of the steel was dropped and the employee received a leg injury.
