On 10/06/2016, at approximately 1:15 p.m., an employee was cleaning walls in the warehouse from a scissor lift when a material handling equipment (MHE) operator struck the scissor lift. The lift tipped over and landed on a second MHE. The employee fell to the ground and was hospitalized with acute pain due to trauma.
