An employee was backing a powered industrial truck (PIT) out of a trailer. When he stepped off the PIT, he was struck by another PIT, which lacerated and contused his right lower leg.
On December 17, 2020, an employee was standing on the fork of a forklift as it lowered a powered pallet jack. The jack tipped and the employee jumped to avoid being struck by it. He suffered a broken kneecap and an injury to the mid-leg.
