Final narrative
An employee working at a conveyor line was trying to remove a can from underneath a pallet. A forklift driver did not see her and delivered the next pallet, which pushed the pallet that was staged on the conveyor. The employee's ankle was pinned between the pallets and a support beam on the conveyor, and she suffered compound fractures to her tibia and fibula.
On June 20, 2025, an employee was grabbing boxes from a conveyor and staging them on a pallet.
