On June 20, 2025, an employee was grabbing boxes from a conveyor and staging them on a pallet. While they were picking up a box, the employee's right hand was caught between the roller and the belt of the conveyor line, resulting in a right ring fingertip amputation and a laceration to their right middle finger.
