An employee was performing chemical titration just before he was found lying unresponsive. He was hospitalized.
On 6/27/16, at approximately 11 a.m., an employee was walking upstairs on the way to clean the bathroom when he passed out and hit his head on the concrete floor possibly due to overheating. He was hospitalized with a concussion.
On September 25, 2023, an employee was working in the body department installing doors, hoods, and tailgates. The employee finished their shift and was hospitalized later that evening for a back injury.
An employee was positioning dunnage on a trailer while pipe was unloaded from a forklift. A pipe fell and the employee's right thumb and index finger were caught between the pipe and a piece of dunnage. The thumb was crushed, and the index fingertip was amputated.
An employee was using a lifting sling on a crane to move a straight-bar bundle and place it on top of an existing bundle. When moving the lifting sling, it became pinched between the bundle and a wood cleat. The bundle then fell onto the employee's left foot, resulting in crush injuries.
