An employee was pushing a part into a grinder in the centerless grind area when the employee's left index finger came in contact with the grinding wheel. The finger had to be amputated to the first knuckle.
An employee tripped over a coolant container in the tool refurbishment department and fell to the ground. The employee suffered a broken right shoulder and either a broken right hip or femur.
An employee was taking a conveyor off a pallet jack when the conveyor fell over and struck his leg. He was hospitalized with a broken lower leg, requiring surgery.
An employee was operating a strip saw. As the employee shut off the saw, their right index and middle fingertips were amputated by the blade before it came to a complete stop.

On January 9, 2023, at 9:30 p.m., an employee was repairing a robotic machine that had been dropping parts. After making initial repairs, the operator cycled the machine but the problem was still not corrected. The machine operator left the area and upon returning, the injured employee was found pinned by the robot between the grabbing arms and the area where the robot places the parts. The employee suffered a lacerated spleen, lacerated pancreas, a hole in the stomach, a hole in the aorta, and other injuries to the chest and abdomen.
An employee was lowering the bucket of a track loader that contained a grade stake and the grade stake punctured his foot, resulting in hospitalization and surgery.

The employee sustained a fractured clavicle, a dislocated shoulder, separated/fractured ribs, a punctured lung, and a fractured left femur. The employee required surgery.
