On January 9, 2023, at 9:30 p.m., an employee was repairing a robotic machine that had been dropping parts. After making initial repairs, the operator cycled the machine but the problem was still not corrected. The machine operator left the area and upon returning, the injured employee was found pinned by the robot between the grabbing arms and the area where the robot places the parts. The employee suffered a lacerated spleen, lacerated pancreas, a hole in the stomach, a hole in the aorta, and other injuries to the chest and abdomen.

An employee was repairing a conveyor hang-up on a machine and pulled up on the belt between the main conveyor drive pulley and the gearbox pulley.
