On March 27, 2025, an employee was reassembling the inboard side of a tire machine. They were working to insert a pin into the end section on a tire drum. When the drum was jogged around to provide a different angle, an end section came loose, fell, and struck the employee's arm. The employee was hospitalized with a severe arm injury and required surgery.
An employee was walking between rows of carts while doing inventory when she stumbled on the platform, which is 4 inches above the floor. She fell and broke her left leg above the knee, requiring hospitalization.
