Final narrative
On March 27, 2025, an employee was reassembling the inboard side of a tire machine. They were working to insert a pin into the end section on a tire drum. When the drum was jogged around to provide a different angle, an end section came loose, fell, and struck the employee's arm. The employee was hospitalized with a severe arm injury and required surgery.

As the employee was hoisting the crane, the beam began to shift and pulled the employee forward onto the stack. When the material shifted, the hooks released and the material fell, pinning the employee between the two beams. The employee was hospitalized with soft tissue contusions on their proximal right thigh and interior left thigh.
