An employee was digging a hole near a broken electrical panel when he made contact with the panel, suffering a 1-inch cut on his left pinky finger. He was hospitalized.
On 8/29/2017 at 12:50 p.m., an employee was pouring concrete at a construction site when he became ill and later started sweating profusely and had shortness of breath. He was hospitalized for possible heat stress or heat stroke.
On September 25, 2023, an employee was working in the body department installing doors, hoods, and tailgates. The employee finished their shift and was hospitalized later that evening for a back injury.
