On November 8, 2017, around 10:50 a.m., an employee was moving out of a man basket onto a housing unit to prepare it for rigging when he stepped on ice and fell 15 feet onto the dirt below. He was hospitalized with a fractured ankle and back.
The employee was on top of a rail car to level the grain that was deposited into the car when they fell 13-15 feet to the ground. The employee sustained a right leg fracture.
