On February 13, 2018, an employee was climbing a ladder in order to disconnect a cable television service from the main line. The ladder shifted during the employee's ascent resulting in the employee falling to the ground. The employee was hospitalized with a broken right wrist requiring surgery.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
