An employee was unloading carcass hind quarters off the carcass trailer. The weight caused the hook and pulley to fall down onto the employee's hand, which caused his finger to get stuck in the wheel of the pulley and resulted in the amputation of the finger.
On September 25, 2023, an employee was working in the body department installing doors, hoods, and tailgates. The employee finished their shift and was hospitalized later that evening for a back injury.
