On June 27, 2025, an employee was walking out of the hangar when he tripped and fell on the concrete ramp. He sustained lacerations to his right elbow and right hand, and was hospitalized with a fractured right hip.

An employee was delivering equipment to a hangar and crossing the mechanical hangar door threshold when the door closed, catching him between the door and the door stop. The employee was hospitalized with four fractured ribs.

An employee was loading equipment onto a forklift when the shackle from the sling fell to the ground. While the employee was retrieving the shackle from under the forks, the moveable fork that was propped up on the shackle fell onto his left middle finger. The employee sustained a partial amputation to the fingertip.

An employee was walking to the inventory cage when her ankle gave out and she fell to the floor. The employee sustained a femur fracture and was hospitalized.

The safe fell from the dolly, struck the ground, fell forward onto the employee, striking their right hip/pelvis area before rolling off the employee onto the floor. The employee sustained a right hip/pelvic fracture.

An employee was checking the industrial waste stream as it discharged into a 4,000-gallon waste collection tank. The employee's right wrist was splashed with corrosive chemicals, resulting in hospitalization for a chemical burn.

A temporary employee was carrying a nail gun through the warehouse when it hit his leg, activated, and fired a nail into the leg.
