On April 15, 2024, at 10:30 p.m., an employee was assisting a drill operator in replacing the drill bit when the drill bit spun and contacted the employee's left thumb, resulting in an amputation to the tip of the thumb.

Two employees were in the process of setting up cones to define a control zone in order to start painting traffic lanes. A passing driver struck the company vehicle and one of the two employees who was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.

An employee was fixing ceiling tiles while working from a ladder when they fell to the floor and sustained a hip fracture.

An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.

An employee was unloading materials from a flatbed trailer when they fell from the trailer and landed on the ground. The employee sustained a fractured left leg.

An employee was unloading appliances at a customer location for delivery. The employee was moving a water heater to be placed on the liftgate when he stepped backward and fell to the ground. The employee sustained rib and back injuries.

An employee was coming down a portable ladder when they slipped and fell to the ground, resulting in a right forearm fracture.

An employee was cleaning mud out of the tracks of a mini excavator while the operator had the machine tilted up off the ground to one side. The tracks moved and the employee's left wrist was caught in the gears. The employee sustained puncture wounds to the wrist and two fractures.

An employee was loading a truck with a forklift. The truck drove away from the dock and the forklift fell between the dock and the truck. The employee was hospitalized with injuries to their head, back, and leg.

An employee was moving trucks in the yard. He was working between trucks when a back door swung open and caught their right hand against the frame of another truck. The employee sustained a crushing injury to a finger.

On August 21, 2025, a product development engineer was test riding an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) on a test track when the ATV flipped over. The employee sustained a fractured clavicle and three fractured ribs.

On June 9, 2025, an employee was walking in the yard and parking area. The employee stepped up from the yard/parking lot onto a patio with an approximate 6" rise at the exterior corner of the main office. After his second foot was planted on the patio surface, he lost his balance and fell backward to the concrete ground. The employee was hospitalized with a broken hip that required surgery and a laceration to the elbow.

An employee was helping a coworker transport a tall palm tree with a mini skid steer. The employee was severely shocked by a high-voltage electrical wire above the ground.

An employee was retrieving a Christmas tree from a shelf using a ladder. He missed a step and fell to the concrete floor. He sustained injury to his head and wrist.

An employee was inspecting a generator whose radiator was leaking. He slipped, and a fan blade in the generator amputated his thumb and index finger.

An employee was operating an agricultural tractor during sugarcane harvesting. The employee sustained a lumbar sprain due to vibration or motion from the tractor.

An employee was moving a 3-ton condensing unit, strapped down on a dolly, out of a garage. The strap broke, causing the employee to fall backward onto the brick pavered driveway. The employee suffered injury to a spinal ligament in the neck.
