Final narrative
On May 15, 2018, an employee fell approximately 15 feet while accessing a cargo ship, suffering a head injury, multiple facial fractures, mandible fractures, a left elbow fracture, and a soft tissue injury and laceration to the left ankle/foot. The employee was hospitalized.
On 11/22/2023, at 8:35 AM, an employee was stepping onto a barge when they slipped on a wet surface and fell on their knee. The employee sustained a torn ligament in their knee requiring hospitalization and surgery.
