A temporary employee was in a roll-off dumpster, breaking down empty cardboard boxes. He stepped backward out of the dumpster with his left foot. When he turned to put his right foot down, his left knee twisted and was dislocated.

Two temporary employees were attaching a tow-behind air compressor to a truck for transportation. They had tried to use the trailer's attached jack to lift the compressor, but the jack could not raise the trailer high enough to clear the truck's hitch. Instead, both employees manually lifted the trailer and placed it onto the hitch. During this process, the jack separated from the trailer; when the trailer was set down on the truck's hitch, the jack caught the right middle finger of one of the employees. The finger was amputated at the last knuckle.
A temporary employee was cleaning up. As they bent down to pick up a trash pile, a rolling cart rolled into a stack of drywall. The drywall then fell on the employee's right leg, fracturing his tibia.
