On June 14, 2018, at 6:30 p.m., an employee was attempting to re-thread material in a press when his fingers were caught by the cylinders and his hand was pulled into the machine, resulting in an open fracture and lacerations to four digits on his right hand. He was hospitalized. The press was not shut down at the time of the incident.
