For three days, an employee's task had been to clean sea salt from an injection pump's inlet tube. The employee had trouble breathing, feeling a sharp pain in the shoulder and pressure in the chest, and was hospitalized.

An employee was removing a tube from a mixer pump when the pump shifted and crushed the employee's finger between the plunger and the stop, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
