An employee was using a prybar to help another employee remove a quick coupler from a wheel. When the coupler came free, it landed on the employee's right foot, breaking every toe. The employee was hospitalized. Steel-toed boots were not being worn at the time of the incident.

An employee was filling a pressure washer with gasoline when the vapors ignited, resulting in the employee suffering burns to his face, hands, and arms.
An employee was using a torch to remove a broken bolt from inside a roller drum. Prior to this, brake cleaner had been used inside the roller drum. The employee was inside the roller drum when a flash fire occurred and the employee sustained burns to their face and arms.
An employee was pressure washing and lost control of the belly pan and the hold-down loop which smashed their finger. The first digit of the right pinky finger was amputated.
