An employee was moving three tank railcars when he fell and the wheel of a tank car struck his right leg, resulting in an amputation of the leg.

An employee was on top of a newly constructed railcar welding brackets. The employee slipped and slid down the side of the railcar to the floor. The employee sustained non-displaced skull and vertebrae fractures and a shin laceration and was hospitalized. The employee's fall protection was not secured at the time.

An employee exposed to fall hazards sustained head injuries.

An employee attempted to remove a railcar rubber chock that was stuck beneath the wheel. The employee was going to pull the railcar forward to pull it into the rubber chock. Once it hit the chock, the railcar would roll back, dislodging it. The metal handle of the chock kicked back and struck him on his chin, fracturing his jaw.

An employee was unloading a trailer when a box fell and struck the employee in the face. The employee suffered a concussion and was hospitalized.

An employee had been cutting lumber for a shed wall. A load of 16-foot trim pieces fell onto the employee causing vertebrae and ankle fractures.

On August 6, 2025, an employee was preparing to weld a metal sheet that goes between containers and weighs 800 pounds. The employee was placing a two-foot wooden brace (4 by 4) under the metal, which was being raised by a crane operator using a magnet. The magnet shifted and caused the load to catch the employee's right index fingertip against the wooden brace, resulting in a fingertip amputation.

An employee was climbing up a ladder to the top of a railcar. The employee slipped and fell from the ladder, striking the coupler of the railcar during the fall. This caused the employee's body to shift, and they landed on their head/nose/face. The employee suffered broken ribs, a broken cheekbone, a broken nose, and internal bleeding.

An employee was climbing up a fixed ladder on a tank car. The employee fell from the ladder to the ground, 8 to 10 feet below, and broke both ankles.

After cutting a slab of beef short ribs, an employee turned to grab the pieces he had cut and his right hand contacted the saw blade. The employee sustained an amputation to his right index finger.
