An off-duty employee felt ill and pulled his truck over in a store parking lot to sleep in the cab. He was found unresponsive after falling in the parking lot, suffering head and rib injuries that required hospitalization.
On September 25, 2023, an employee was working in the body department installing doors, hoods, and tailgates. The employee finished their shift and was hospitalized later that evening for a back injury.
A truck driver was preparing a hose to load a chemical tanker trailer with sulfuric acid when sulfuric acid splashed the left side of their face and neck, causing skin burns.
