An employee was operating a saw to cut plastic boards when he made contact with the saw blade and sustained a laceration to his middle right finger, resulting in a partial amputation of his fingertip.
The injured employee was holding plastic lumber material so that another employee could strike the lumber to push it back into the machine. The injured employee was struck by the plastic lumber hammer, resulting in lacerations and a partial fingertip amputation of their left index finger through the phalanx.
An employee was operating a strip saw. As the employee shut off the saw, their right index and middle fingertips were amputated by the blade before it came to a complete stop.
