An employee was trying to close the door of a yard jockey. As he pulled on the door his finger was caught and crushed, resulting in a fingertip amputation.

On September 20, 2022, at approximately 6:20 a.m., an employee climbed into a rail car to open the rail car door and assist with unloading automobiles. The employee was spotting the buck ramp (unloading ramp) operator, who was lowering the ramp to the rail car. As he was guiding the ramp, his right leg was struck by the buck ramp, resulting in a fractured tibia and fibula.
On September 24, 2020, an employee fell while riding on the bottom step of a reach stacker and was run over by the rear wheel, sustaining a crushed pelvis and left leg amputation.
