An employee was cutting material on a bandsaw that had a hose connection to a vacuum system to collect the debris. The vacuum system became clogged, so the employee disconnected the hose and tried to clean the system. The system's motor or impeller broke his right wrist and lacerated his palm. The vacuum system was not locked/tagged out at the time of the incident.

At about 10:30 a.m. on August 9, 2024, an employee tripped over the T-handle of a storage handling cart, which was lying on the ground. The employee fell, suffered a broken left wrist and right arm, and was hospitalized.
