Final narrative
On January 28, 2019, at approximately 4:35 p.m., an employee was attempting to move a plastic banded pallet in the bed of a pickup truck when the strap broke causing the employee to fall backwards out of the truck onto the concrete floor. The employee sustained head and neck trauma.
On September 11, 2024, an employee was moving between a stack of steel and a hopper when they tripped and fell to the ground. The employee was hospitalized due to a fractured and displaced hip.
At about 7:55 a.m., on January 29, 2024, an employee's left leg struck the hitch of a parked tugger as they were passing by. The employee suffered a displaced fracture to the leg, as well as a dislocated ankle. They were hospitalized and underwent surgery.
