On December 8, 2020, a lineman was in the bucket of an aerial lift, using a voltmeter to check the amp readings on the center phase of a power line. The leads came off the voltmeter and touched the bottom phase of the power line. The resulting arc flash caused first-degree burns to the employee's face. He was hospitalized.

An employee was collecting trash when they were struck by a rolling utility trailer. The employee sustained a right ankle fracture.

An employee was unrigging steel when an 8-inch by 50-foot, 4,875-pound piece of steel rolled onto their left leg, resulting in a fracture.

As she attempted to fix the lock, the unit load device started moving toward the dolly, and the employee became wedged between the dolly and the device. The employee suffered an injury to her lower left leg.

Two employees were shaking out steel beams and standing them vertically. One beam was hit, causing the other beams to fall. A beam then rolled over an employee's left shin and fractured it. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.

An employee was terminating cables in a junction box. A loose ground wire came into contact with the bushing, causing a flash that burned the right side of the employee's face and his right hand.
