At about 2:00 p.m. on March 20, 2019, an employee was walking down the steps of a client's home when she fell down six steps. She suffered bruised ribs, a nasal fracture, a possible bruised frontal lobe of the brain, and injuries to the left knee and ankle. She was hospitalized.
