An employee was installing a new outdoor fire pit. When the pit was ignited, a fire blast knocked the employee back 5-10 feet into the shrubs. He went into shock and suffered minor burns to the hands.

An employee was cleaning a cordless drill. As they applied brake fluid to the drill and pulled the trigger, the fluid ignited. The employee suffered burns to the face, hands, and arms.
